Belton Exotic Care Center

About Our Hospital

For over 50 years, Belton Animal Clinic & Exotic Care Center has treated the pets of Cass County, including numerous cats, dogs, and exotic pets.

Introduction To Our Practice

Belton Animal Clinic & Exotic Care Center is led by Dr. Teresa Bradley Bays, DVM, CVA, DABVP (ECM), who has owned the practice since 1997. In addition to caring for the dogs and cats of Belton, she is an internationally acclaimed author and lecturer on exotic pet species. Her interests in veterinary medicine are varied, but she loves surgery and takes great pride in performing difficult and life-changing surgeries on dogs, cats, and exotic animals.

Belton Animal Clinic & Exotic Care Center is proud to offer specialized diagnostic and surgical procedures, acupuncture, exotic pet care (reptiles, small mammals and birds), and much more. Additionally, we are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), which means our standards are higher. Most other hospitals in the area are not required to abide by these standards. In fact, our recent AAHA certification puts us in a group with only 15-percent of other veterinary facilities in the country!

Most importantly, we're here to help you and your exotic pet no matter the species, age, or medical need. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with questions–we're looking forward to speaking with you!
